High school sweethearts Alysa and Ian were married on a crisp Shenandoah day, with appearances by the cutest flower girls and a spirited canine ring bearer, live jazz, bonfire s’mores, an impromptu karaoke rendition of Mr. Brightside, and a golf cart exit. At one point Ian’s dad asked me “you’re a professional; you’re at weddings all the time. How do you stay so excited and upbeat?” And I couldn’t help but chuckle. How could I not?
